Show Notes
- La Belle Angele opened in the early 1990s in Hastie's Close and became an important part of Edinburgh's underground music, art and club scene. Oasis played here on 6 April 1994 with 18 Wheeler appearing as special guests. The original La Belle Angele was destroyed in a major fire in Edinburgh's Cowgate on 7 December 2002. After around twelve years, the venue was rebuilt on its original site and reopened in 2014.
